（ 1 ）省去谓语

Beg your pardon. （我）你要宽容。（ Beg 前省去了谓语 I ）

Take care! 小心！（ Take 前省去了谓语 you ）

Looks as if it will rain. 看上去象要雨天。（ Looks 前省去了谓语 it ）

（ 2 ）省去宾语

Who next? 该谁了？（ Who 后边省去了宾语 comes ）

The river was deep and the ice thin. （ ice 后边省去了 was ）

We ‘ ll do the best we can. 大家将量力而行。（ can 后边省去了形容词 do ）

（ 3 ）省去表语

Are you ready? Yes, I am. 你你准备好了吗？ 我准备好了。（ am 后边省去了 ready ）

He was a lover of sports as he had been in his youth. 他或是象年青时那般，是一位健身运动发烧友。（ had been 后边省去了 a lover of sports ）

（ 4 ）省去宾语

Let ‘ s do the dishes. I ‘ ll wash and you ‘ ll dry. 使我们刷碗吧，我洗，你去揩干。（ wash 和 dry 后边省去了宾语 dishes ）

（ 5 ）省去定语

He spent part of the money, and the rest he saved. 那钱他花了一部分，其他的他都存了起來。（ the rest 后边省去了定语 of the money ）

（ 6 ）省去状语

He was not hurt. Strange! 他沒有负伤，真奇怪！（ Strange 前边省去了状语 how ）
